信管院系數(shù)據(jù)人才漸進融合式培養(yǎng)與項目式教學改革研究

——以南昌大學為例

Abstract：IntheeraofbigdataChina'sdatascienceeducationisbooming，buttheinformationmanagementdepartments （IMDs），whicharecloselyrelatedtoit，lagbehindthefieldsofComputer，MathematicsandFinanceindatatalentstrainig.Tis iscausedbytheinacuratepositioningandgoalsofdatatalenttrainingandunreasonabledevelopmentideasinmost IMDs. Basedonthis，thispaperatemptstoproposedevelopmentideasandteachingmodelsthatareinlinewiththetrainingof data talentsinIMDsofChineseuniversies.Onthebasisofanalyzingthediferentdevelopmentideasindatatalentcultivationin currentinformationmanagementdepartments，thestudyproposedthatthegradualintegrationdevelopmentismoreinlinewiththe mainstreamdirectionofdatatalentcultivationinmostIMDs.Atthesametime，takingtheteachingreformpracticeofDeparment ofInformationManagementatNanchangUniversityasanexample，theprogresiveintegrationdevelopmentofdatatalentsinthe department and the process and key points of project-based teaching reform practice are explored.
