Abstract：BasedonthetrainingobjectivesofcommunicationengineeringtalentsandthecharacteriticsofCommunication Principlescourse，afivedimensionalintegratedSMARTblendedteachingconceptof"systematicthinking，meaningfulformular， assessblelearningrelationshipbetweenknowledge，andtrainingofabilies"isproposed;Basedontheperspetiveoftop-level design，wehavesummarizedtwo"123"frameworks，reshapedtheteachingcontentsystem，innovatedtheoreticalandpractical teachingcontent，toassistinachievinggoals.Wehavecreatedastudent-centeredteaching methodsystemof"self-cooperation， explorationandinspiration，bisectionandflippedclassroom"，tooptimizetheteachingprocessandachievecomprehensive education.Anadvancedanddiverseteachingconditionssystemisestablishedtomeetthepersonalizedlearningrequirementsof students.Webuilddiversifiedasessmentandevaluation methods，emphasizeaccurateandcomprehensiveassessment basedon abilities，andpromotetrainingthroughexams.TheresultsshowthatthehybridteachingdesignofCommunicationPrinciples basedonthe SMARTconceptcansignificantlyimprovethequalityofcourseteaching，enhancethelearningenthusiasm，initiative， andindependentdevelopmentawarenessofstudents，promotetheexerciseofhigher-orderthinkingandcomprehensiveability cultivation，and effectively support the improvement of talent cultivation quality.

通信原理課程是陸軍工程大學(xué)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“我校"）通信工程專業(yè)本科學(xué)員的專業(yè)背景課，目的是讓學(xué)員建立通信系統(tǒng)整體框架的概念，在系統(tǒng)級(jí)、模塊級(jí)層次上掌握通信系統(tǒng)的基本組成、基本原理、實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和系統(tǒng)性能，具備分析和解決軍事通信領(lǐng)域復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的實(shí)踐能力和工程素養(yǎng)，提高應(yīng)對(duì)發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)能力和創(chuàng)新思維，是后續(xù)首次任職課程的重要支撐[1-3]。（剩余5072字）
