Impact of Standardized Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Mechanically Ventilated Patients with Severe Pneumonia

Abstract：Objective：Toexploretheclinicalapplicationvalueofstandardizedearlyrehabilitationnursing for patients with severe pneumonia and mechanical ventilation. Methods： 62 patients with severe pneumonia and mechanical ventilation in Zhongda Hospital Afiliated to Southeast University from February 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into thecontrol group and the observation group， with 3l cases ineach group.Patients in the control group took routine nursing measures， and patients in the observation group took standardizedearly rehabilitation nursing intervention measures.Lung function，clinicalrehabilitation indicators and complication ratewere compared between the two groups.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in lung function between thetwo groups （P>0.05） . After nursing， the levels of FVC， FEVl and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） ， the length of ICU stay， the number of sputum aspiration and endotracheal intubation retention time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） ， and theincidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05 . Conclusion： Adopting standardized early rehabilitationnursing measures forpatients with severepneumoniaandmechanicalventilation ishelpfulto improve lung fuction， promote rapid recovery of patients，and reduce the incidence of complications， which is worthyof clinical application.
