Establishment and Empirical Analysis of Standardized Evaluation System of Training Effect

Abstract:The purposeofthis paperistoestablishasetofstandardizedevaluation systemoftrainingeffect,and verify its effectivenessthroughempiricalanalysisFirstofallthispaperdeterminesthatthestandardizedevaluationsystem of training effect includes four evaluation index systems: response layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer,whichcomprehensivelycovers diffrentlevelsoftraining effect.Secondly,thetraining effect isquantified by means of questionnaire survey, written test, practicalperformance assessment and performancedataanalysis.Finally, through theempiricalanalysis oftheskiltrainingproject inamanufacturing enterprise,itverifiestheapplicability and efectiveness ofthestandardized evaluation system.Theresults show that the standardized evaluation systemcan effectively measure the training results and has high practicability and scientificity.
