Abstract：Blacksoilprotection isrelatedtonationalfoodandecologicalsecurity，andhasrisen tothe nationalstrategy. The archivesof the black soil protection project objectivelyrecord thewholeprocess of the project implementation， anditsmanagement should be standardized.This articledescribes theissues that should be paid attention to inthe standardization of archives managementofblack soil protection projects，such as the responsibilities of relevant parties and document collction， toprovidereference for the implementationofarchivesstandardization of black soil protection projects by agricultural and archival departments in Jilin province.

0 引言

為強(qiáng)化黑土地保護(hù)和治理修復(fù)，長遠(yuǎn)保障國家糧食安全，第十三屆全國人民代表大會常務(wù)委員會第三十五次會議通過了《中華人民共和國黑土地保護(hù)法》，原農(nóng)業(yè)部等6部委聯(lián)合印發(fā)編制《東北黑土地保護(hù)規(guī)劃綱要（2017—2030年）》，實(shí)施范圍為內(nèi)蒙古東部和遼寧、吉林、黑龍江的黑土區(qū)，黑土地保護(hù)工作上升至國家戰(zhàn)略。（剩余3849字）
