Analysis on Optimization of Quality Control Methods for Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Testing Laboratories

Abstrat:With the ongoing deepening of theconcept of a healthy lifestyle,public awareness regarding food safety has significantly increased.Consequently,agriculturalproduct safety has emerged as a focal point ofsocietalconcern. Throughout the production, processng,and distribution stages of agricultural products, numerous latent quality and safety hazards exist, including pesticideresidues, veterinary drug residues,heavy metalcontamination,and microbial polution.Asacriticalcomponent of qualitycontrol,theaccuracyandreliabilityoftestingconducted in agricultural product qualityand safety laboratories are essential for effective supervision over these products'quality and safety. Based on the status of the qualitycontrolofagriculturalproduct qualityand safety testing laboratories,this paper summarizes the importance of the qualitycontrol of agriculturalproducttesting laboratories andthekey factors that influence the quality management of agricultural product quality and safety testing laboratories.Furthermore, this paper proposes optimization methods for qualitycontrolin agricultural product quality and safety testing laboratories to ensure the accuracy of specifications andresults ofagricultural product safety testing and safeguard food safety.
