Progress in Standardized Treatment of Liver Damage in Children

Abstract：Abnormalliverfunction is oneof the mostcommon clinical manifestations inchildren.Due to the diversity andcomplexityofclinical manifestations of liverdamage inchildren，its etiology，pathophysiologicmechanismand clinicalcharacteristics aredifferentfrom those of adults.Although domesticandforeign scholars have reacheda consensusontheclinicalcharacteristicsanddiagnosticcriteriaofpediatricliverdamage，there isstillalackofunifed standards in treatment.This article reviews the etiology，pathophysiologic mechanism and clinical characteristics of liver damage inchildren，and focusesonthetreatment ofdifferent typesofliver damage inchildren，inorder to provide references for pediatricians in the diagnosis and treatment of liver damage in children.
