Research on Employment Guidance Service for Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges from Standardization Perspective

Abstract：Withtherapid development of socialeconomy,the competition in the jobmarket becomes more and more fierce.How to effectively improve the employment competitiveness of graduates in higher vocational colleges has become an urgentproblem tobe solved.Basedonthis,this paper brieflyanalyzes thecommon problems ofemployment guidance work, and focuses onhigher vocationalcolleges to deeply discusstheoptimization strategy of employment guidance work based on standardization,including carrying out standardized employment guidance and promoting standardized employment mode, which isexpected that the research content can bring some inspiration for relevant teaching personnel.
