Analysis of the Influence of Standardized Health Education on Selfmanagement Ability of Chronic Disease Patients

Abstrat：Objective：Toexplore the effect of standardized health education programon improving self-management ability ofchronic disease patients.Methods：A totalof 200adult patients with type2diabetes treated inYangya Town Health Center of Huining County, Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 10o patients in each group. The observation groupreceived 6 months of standardized health education training,including dietcontrol,exercise guidance,drug management and other aspects, while thecontrol group received routine nursing intervention. Data collction included baseline surveys (pre-intervention), mid-term asessments (3 months after intervention), and finalassesments (6 monthsafter intervention).Thechanges ofpatientslifestyleandother indicators were obtained by meansof questionnaire survey.Results：After 6monthsof standardizedhealtheducation intervention,thehealth knowledge scores of patients in the observation group increased from 65±8 points at baseline to 85±7 points (P0.05) .
