Abstrat：This paperfocusesonthenewformof highervocationalteachingmaterials，itroduces theconcept ofresultsorientededucation （OBE）and deeply discusses the construction and application ofstandardized evaluation systemand the continuous improvement mechanism based on evaluation results.Firstly，it expounds the conceptofOBE andthe relevanttheoreticalbasis of the new formofteaching materials.Secondly，basedontheconcept of OBE，it constructs the standardizedevaluation system of new form teachingmaterials inhigher vocationalcollges indetail， including the construction principle andmulti-dimensional evaluation index system.Thirdly， it introduces the application researchof theevaluatinstem，including pilotselectio，datacollctinetc.Finallyitfurtherstudiesthetinuusimpreent mechanism basedontheevaluationresults，andclarifies theresponsibilityandcooperationmodeofeach participant.The purposeofthis paper is toimprove thequalityofthenewformofhighervocational teaching materials through scientific and reasonable evaluation and improvement mechanism， to better serve higher vocational education and teaching，and train high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of the society.
