Abstract：Railtransit operation shouldadhere tostandards and norms,soastoensure eficiency,highqualityand safety.Tachers ofrail transit operation management should actively penetrate the requirements of standardization andstandardizationofrailtransitoperationinteaching,andenhance studentsunderstandingof standardizationand normalization ofrailtransit operation, soas toimplement them in the futureBased onthisthis paperstarts with the analysis of standardization and normalization requirements,and seeks the infiltration methodcombined with teaching experience.
