Abstract： Electronic tongue isa kind of detection technology that simulates the taste mechanism of human body， identifies andmeasures differenttastesthroughsensors，anddisplaysthe measuredresults indigitalform.The purpose of this study wastocompare theresults of artificialtasteevaluationand electronic tongue detectionofdrugs，and explore the feasibility of the application of electronic tongue technology in drug flavor testing.
