Value of Enhanced Multi-slice Spiral CT in Standardized Diagnosis of Early Lung Cancer

Abstrat：Objective：To evaluate the standardized applicationvalue of multi-slice spiral CT in distinguishing nonneoplastic pulmonary nodules （tuberculosis，inflammatory pseudotumor）fromsolid nodules in early lung cancer. Methods：Atotal of136 patientsdiagnosed with multi-slice spiral CTangiography in the First People's Hospital of Li County，Gansu Province from November 2019to September 2024 were selected anddividedintotheearly lung cancer group （23 cases with diameter ） and the non-neoplastic pulmonary nodule group （ll3 cases with diameten $＼cdot<3＼mathrm{＼cm}$ ， Bycomparing the imaging features and pathological diagnosis results ofthetwo groups， the diagnostic performance of enhancedmulti-slice spiral CT was evaluated.Results： The CTvalues of the early lung cancer group were lower than those of inflammatory pseudotumor group and higher than those of tuberculosis group， P<0.05 . The proportion of CT image features between the lung cancer group and non-neoplastic pulmonary nodule group was significantly different， and the data comparison was statistically significant （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Enhanced multi-slice spiral CT has significant clinical value in the diferentiation of non-neoplastic pulmonary nodulesand early lung cancer.Its standardized application can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy， and it is worth popularizing.
