Abstract： Vegetables，as an important economiccrop in China， play a crucial role in ensuring the security of the "vegetable basket"for the people.However， pests and diseases remain significant factors limiting vegetable yield and quality， with annual losses due to these issues impacting farmers' incomes and market supply.Although notable progress has been made invegetable pest and disease controlin China， the standardization system stillfaces various challenges，suchasinsuficient standards，limited applicability， and inadequate coverage， which fail tomeetthe demands of modern agricultural development.This paper examines the currentstatus of standardization for vegetable pest anddiseasecontrol，reviews existing relevant standards in China，analyzes the problems in standards system construction，andprovides countermeasures and suggestions. It aims toofferinsights into building an efficient， standardized， and sustainable system for vegetable pest and disease control.
