Standardized Management of Burn and Plastic Surgery Based on Evidence-based Medicine

Abstract： With the development of burn treatment technology,evidence-based medicine provides scientific and objectivedecisionsupport.Basedontheprinciple of evidence-basedmedicine,thispaper systematicallyanalyzes the key links inthetreatment of burn andplastic surgery.First,it emphasizesstandardizedassessmentof burnseverity, including accuratemeasurementofareaanddepth, andcollaborationofmultidisciplinaryteams.Secondly,tdescribes the standardized operation process of burndebridement and the keypoints of wound treatment.Then,itdiscusses the standardized methods of burn plasticrepair, including skin grafting and scar plastic management.Finalyit proposes the stanardization measures of postoperativecare,especiallpain management and wound care,inorder to improve the qualityand efect of burn treatmentand solvethe problems oflargediferences inindividuationand insuffiient standardized treatment in the field of burn plastic surgery.
