Abstract：Standardization work has taken an important position in economic development，with guiding and strategic significance. Standardized talent cultivation is an important way to asst laboratory management and maintain thelevelof inspectionand testing.Thisarticleanalyzes the possbleproblems infood inspection and testing work， proposes suggestions for the links that are prone to problems，and provides importantreferences for new inspection personnel to adapt to the environment as soon as possible and produce accurate data.
