Abstract: As an important legume vegetablecowpea occupies an important position in agricultural production.With the continuous improvementof consumers'requirements forfood safety and quality,as wellas the enhancement of environmental protection awareness,cowpeaproduction mode isfacing transformation andupgrading.Focusing onthe standardized production of green food cowpea,this paper summarizes the production environment, variety selection, sowing,cultivation management,fertilizer and water management, pestcontrol,harvesting,packaging,storage and traceabilityofcowpea, which can provide technical guidance for the standardized production of green foodcowpea in Jiande city.
