摘 要:本文分析了液相色譜技術(shù)檢測天然毒素面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出相應(yīng)的對策與建議,旨在推動液相色譜技術(shù)在食品安全檢測領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,提升食品安全監(jiān)管水平,促進食品產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展以及保障消費者的健康權(quán)益。

The Challenges and Countermeasures for the Detection of Natural Toxins by Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: This paper analyzes the challenges faced by liquid chromatography technology in the detection of natural toxins, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to promote the wide application of liquid chromatography technology in the field of food safety detection, improve the level of food safety supervision, promote the healthy development of food industry and protect the health rights and interests of consumers.
