大學生食品消費維權的困境與解決對策

摘 要：近年來，食品安全問題時有發(fā)生，大學生是一個特殊的群體，大學生食品安全維權狀況備受關注。本文以廣東外語外貿大學南國商學院的大學生為調查對象，概述了大學生在食品消費維權中存在的問題，分析了產生問題的原因，并提出相應的解決對策。

The Dilemma and Solutions of College Students’ Right to Protect Food Consumption

Abstract： In recent years， food safety problems have occurred from time to time. College students are a special group， and the status of food safety rights protection of college students has attracted much attention. This paper takes the students of South China Business College Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as the object of investigation， summarizes the problems existing in the protection of students’ rights in food consumption， analyzes the causes of the problems， and puts forward corresponding solutions.

近年來，食品安全問題頻發(fā)，暴露出大學生對食品安全的了解和掌握并不全面，當食品安全受到侵害時也難以有效的方式保護自己的合法權益[1]。（剩余5391字）
