大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景下食品安全管理的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展及其面臨的挑戰(zhàn)研究
摘 要:當(dāng)前人們對食品安全問題更加重視,促使我國逐漸加強對食品安全管理工作的重視力度,力求為人們提供安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)的食品?;诖耍疚膹漠?dāng)前的大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景入手,深入分析食品安全管理現(xiàn)狀,明確當(dāng)前食品安全管理面臨的挑戰(zhàn),針對性地提出合理的創(chuàng)新管理策略,為我國食品安全管理工作的進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。

Research on the Innovative Development and Challenges of Food Safety Management in the Context of Big Data Era

Abstract: At present, people pay more attention to food safety issues, prompting China to gradually strengthen the importance of food safety management, and strive to provide people with safe and high-quality food. Based on this, this paper starts with the background of the current big data era, analyzes the current situation of food safety management, clarifies the current challenges faced by food safety management, and puts forward reasonable innovative management strategies, aiming at laying a good foundation for further innovation in China’s food safety management.
