Thoughts on the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） from the Perspective of Medical-Yi Homology

Abstract：Astheforemostof theChineseclasics，ZhouyihasprofoundlyinfluencedtheformationanddevelopmentofTCM.Medical theoryriginatesfromtheYiteores.Tecoreofmedical-Yihomologyliesinteirsharedmodeofthinking.Thereremainscontroversyon howtoachieveTModezation.Cuently，teainstream“Wste-interpretation”aproachinCMesearchcomitsthepilosop icalerorofaplyingreductionismtoyuanqi theory，misleadingand hinderingTCMdevelopment.ThispaperexploresTCMdevelopment fromtheperspectiveofmedical-YiomologyOntheohanditisecessarytoetutoteoriginmphasizeZhouyi’sfoudatioal roleinTCM，andcultivateTCMculturaliteracyeformingtheeducationsystembyntroducingTCMphilosophyoursestosrgthn students’TCMculturalfoundationandTCMthinking，whileadjustingresearchmethodologiestobreakawayfromthe“Westeizationof TCM"underthgiseof“moderzation”，achievinganeraadaptivetransformationthatpresevesTCM'sitrisicpriciplesaddisiplinarycharacteristics.Ontheotherhand，leaingfromthedevelopmentexperienceofKampo（Japanesetraditionalmedicine）andKoran medicine，analyzingChina’sTCMpoliciesandimprovementdirections，promotinginteationalTCMdisseminationthroughedicalmanitiesintegration，and drawing strength from multicultural exchanges for TCM inovation andsustainable development.

近代中醫(yī)學(xué)經(jīng)歷了百年浮沉，從廢止中醫(yī)到發(fā)展中醫(yī)、推動(dòng)中醫(yī)國(guó)際化，中醫(yī)理論及醫(yī)療實(shí)踐的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、規(guī)律得到了定義、闡釋和發(fā)展，但如此發(fā)展中醫(yī)、實(shí)現(xiàn)中醫(yī)現(xiàn)代化是否符合中醫(yī)學(xué)的學(xué)科特色，目前學(xué)界仍存在爭(zhēng)議。（剩余5773字）
