The Moral Education Value and Educational Enlightenment of Yuan Huang' s “Liming (Establishing Destiny)” Thought from the Perspective of Fostering Virtue Through Education

Abstract:The“Liming”thoughtintraditionalChineseethicalthoughthasevolvedfrom“JingtianShunming（reveringheavenandacceptingdestiny)”to“XiushenLiming(uliatingoneself tostablishdestiy)”，andthnto“ZixingLiming(stablishingdstiyough knowledgeandaction）”.YuanHuang’s“Liming”thoughtinheritstradionalChineseethicalthoughtandproposestheconepthat “MingYouJuo(destinisshapedbyoneself)”，emphasizigthatintrospectionandself-cultivationarethstartingpointof“Liing", while“JishanXingde”（accumulatigvirtueandperforminggooddeds）formthecoreof“Liming”.In-depthstudyofYuan Huang’s“Liming"thoughtevealsitsoralducatiovaluendprovdespracticallighteentfortevelopentofdeologicalandlialduca tioninthenera:stregthingstuents’subjectiveonsioussspromotingthitegatiooforalducatioadpracticiliating collaborativeeducationamong families，schoolsandsociety，andcombiningtraditional culturewith thespiritofthe times.
