Abstract：Whole-processpeople'sdemocracyandrural governancehaveahigh degree ofcoupling.Applying whole-process people sdemocracytoruralgoveancehelpspromotetheorganicuityofthearty’sleadershipvilagersruingteironvillges，andlawbasedrural goverance；helpspromotetheorganicunityof tevilagers’participationsystemandpractice，andhelpsachievetheorganic unityoftelegitimacyndfetivenessofruralgoveraneFromteperspectiveofthetoryofhoe-procespeople'semoacyural goveranceshouldadheretotepriciplepositioof tepople，tecoordinatedadvanceentofte“fivedemocracies”（demoaticelections，democraticdcisioakingdemocaticmanagement，democaticosultatio，anddemocaticsupevision），thectiedo derlyparticipationofmultipltakeholders，andtheruleoflawprinciple.Thepathsmainlyinclude：strengtheningPartybilding'sading roleandbuildingapateofulisujectcogoveance;arfingthelatioshpofpowesandresponsibilitisatthprirlevel andexpandingthedemocraticgoverancespaceinruralcommunities；basedondemocraticpractice，improvingruraldemoraticechanisms;and strengthening rural legislation to enhance law-based governance in rural areas.
