Abstract：Taking thefreshagricultural productsuplychainunderthefront warehousemodelastheresearchobject，thisstudy identifiesriskfactorsafectingthesupplychainandestablishesariskassessmentindexsystem，whichincudes5primarydicators and14secondaryindicators.TheAnalyticHierarchyProcessisappliedtodeterminetheweightsofeachriskfactorandafuzy comprehensiveevaluationmethodisemployedtoasss theoverallsupplychainrisk.Corespondingriskpreventionrecomedatios areproposed.Theresultsindicatethattheoverallrisklevelofthfreshagriculturalproductsuplychainunderthefrontwareouse modeltendstoerelativelyhighwithdtributionskrankingtheighest，folowedbystoragerisksupplyisftersaesserice risk，and operational risk.
