Abstract：Thispaper comprehensivelyanalyzestheapplicationof greensupplychainmanagement inagriculturalenterprisesand itsimpactonfinancialperformance.Thestudypointsoutthatagriculturalenterpriseshaveshownapositivetrendingreen supplychainmanagement，utthimplementationisstilinitsinfancyandfacsmanyhallnges.Grensupplyainmagt cansignficantlyreduceproductioncosts，improveresourceutilizationeficiencyenhancemarketcompetieness，increassales revenueandprftsbytakingthestepssuchasoptimizingproductionprocessesandadoptingenvironmentallfriendlymaterials. Inaditionitalsohelpstoreducefinancialrisksandenhancethesustainabledevelopmentabilityofenterprises.Thispaper alsoproposesoptimizationstrategiessuchasstrengtheningenvironmentalrisk managementandimproving managementeficiency， inorderto provide practical guidance for agricultural enterprises to implement green supply chain management.
