基于供應鏈的新零售企業(yè)物流成本管理研究

Abstract:Inrecent years,sincetheemergenceof thenewretailbusinessmodel,majorretailenterpriseshavebeentransforming towardsnewretailenterprises.Asaresult,marketcompetitionamongnewretailenterpriseshasbecomeincreasinglyfierce,and markethomogenizationissevere,makingthedevelopmentofnewretailenterprisesdificult.Ifnwretailenterpriseswanttooperate steadilyinsuchamarketenvironment,theyshouldcontinuouslyoptimizetheirlogisticscostmanagementtoenhancetheir competitiveadvantageandstandoutfromthehighlyhomogenizedmarket.Thisarticlestartswiththeprocurement,warehousing, distribution,andsalesproceesanalyestheproblemsinlogistscostmanagementofYHEnterprise,andproposescorspoding solutions for the problems that arise in each link,in order to reduce the operating costs of theenterprise.
