Abstract：Thispapertakesthedigitaltransformationofleadingenterprisesinthesuplychainastheentrypoint，establishes thescreeningcriteriaforchainleadingenterprisesthroughthreedataindicators，andbasedonthetextanalysisdataoflisted companiesfrom2010to2022inChina，explorestheimpactofthedigitaltransformationof leadingenterprisesonsupplyhain eficiency.Theresultsshowthatthedigitaltransformationofleadingenterprisescansignificantlyimprovethesuplychain eficiencyofenterprises.Itfurtherenrichesthetheoreticalresearchonleadingenterprises，providingareferenceforthecountry tocultivateleadingenterprises，playtheleadingroleofleadingenterprisesinguidingthecolaborativeinovationofenterprises onthechain，andachievecordinateddevelopment.Atthesametime，itexpandsanddepensthefieldand perspectiveofsupply chainmanagementresearchandhascertainacademicvauefordepeningthetheoreticalunderstandingofthemaincharacteristics， complementarityandcordinationofsuplychaindevelopment，studyingtheimpactofthedigitaltransformationofleading enterprisesonsupplychaineficiencybasedontheestablishmentofevaluationstandardsforleadingenterprises，andthereby enhancing the overall stability and efciency of the supply chain. The research has certain academic value.
