Abstract：Duetothe"carbonleakage"problem，theEuropean Unionhasproposedtointroducecarbontarifstodealwiththis risk，decidedtoimpose tarfsoncarbondioxideemisionsfromproductssuchassteliron.However，theproposal carbontarifswillcertainlyhaveangativeimpactonthetradeexportingcountries，afectingsupplychainpritability pricingdecisions.Thispaperestablishesatwo-tiertransnationalsupplychainwhich consists domesticmanufacturers foreignimporters，exploresitstransmisioninthesupplyhainitsimpactonthepricingeachenterprise.Research showsthattheimpositioncarbontarifswillleadtoanincreaseinthesalesprice products，reducethewholesale pricecorporateprits.Thenegativeefectscarbontarffswillbetransmitedalong thesupplychain，carbotariffs will have a greater impact on the pricing decisions manufacturers.
