Abstract：Theconstructionofmoderncigareteretailterminalshasalwaysbeenakeyfocusofcigareteretailmanagementand construction.Scientificandreasonableevaluationandclasificationofcigareteretailterminalswithinthejurisdictionareaied out，anddieretiatedmanagement，guidance，andsupportservicesareprovidedbasedonthis.Intheprocessofdatacolection， manualworkasproblemssuchasoweficiencynconsistentevauationriteriadiiultyinelinatingfalsedataandcplete preservationoforiginalevidence.Toaddresstheseissues，aninteligentdatacolectionandmanagementsystemfotheentire evaluationprocesshasbeendevelopedwhichenablesautomaticcolectionofon-siteevaluationdatathroughamobileinput terminal.Combinedwithanautomaticanalysisandevaluationsystem，itsignificantlyimprovesoperationaleficiencyandreduces costs.
