Abstract：Sincethereformandopeningup，thetextileandgarmentindustryhasbeenthepillr industryofour national economy. However，inrecentyears，duetotheriseofemerging marketsandtheriseoflaborandrawmaterialcosts，theadvantagesof China'stextileandgarmentexporttradehavegraduallweakened，andtheinternationalmarketshareisalsodeclining.This paperfirstanalyzesthecuentsituationofChina'stextileandgarmentexportstothcountriesalongtheBeltandRoadInitative， thenexaminestheimpactofGDP，populationanddistanceonexporttradebybuildingatradegravitymodel，andcalculatesthe expectedtradevalueofthesamplecountries.Tradepotentialisobtainedbycomparingactualtradevaluewithexpectedtrade value.ThestudyfindsthatthecountriesalongtheBeltandRoadInitiativearemainlypioneeringcountrieswithtradepotential， among which the CentralandEastern Europehasalarge potentialandalargespaceforexploration，andcan beusedas a key layoutareaofChina.Basedonthis，thispaperputsforwardsomeconcretesugestionsonpromotingtextileandgarmentexport trade.
