Abstract:Inthecontextofthepopularizationof globalsustainabledevelopmentconcepts,thesupplychainmanagementmodeof thedownproductsindustryisfacingchanges.Thisstudyprovidesanin-depth analysisofESGconceptsthatcoverthreedimensions ofenvironmental,socialandcorporategovernane,andarecloselyrelatedtovariousaspectsofdownproductsuplyhain management.Throughresearch,ithasbeen foundthatsuplychainmanagementinthisindustryfacesmultiplechalenges, includingenvironmental,social,andcorporategovernanceisues.Basedonthis,thepaperproposesoptimizationstrategiesfrom thedimensiosofvironmental,socialandorpoategoveance.Teesearchrsultsavecifiedthemechanismofoept insupplychainmanagement,providingpracticalguidanceforenterprises,helpingtoenhanceinustrycompetitivenessproote industrytransformationtowardsgreen,low-carbon,andsustainabledirections,andalsoprovidingreferenceforrelevantacademic research.
