大理州貢菜產(chǎn)業(yè)概況及高質(zhì)量發(fā)展對策

摘 要：近年來，原產(chǎn)于安徽省亳州市渦陽縣的貢菜被引進(jìn)云南省大理白族自治州種植與加工，受種植面積、加工條件、科研技術(shù)等因素的影響，貢菜產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展受到了限制。本文從貢菜產(chǎn)業(yè)概況、存在的問題及對策等方面進(jìn)行綜述，以期為貢菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供思路。

Abstract： In recent years， tribute vegetables originating in Guoyang county of Bozhou city， Anhui province have been introduced into Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan province for planting and processing. Due to the influence of planting area， processing conditions， scientific research technology and other factors， the high-quality development of tribute vegetables industry has been limited. This paper summarizes the general situation， existing problems and countermeasures of the tribute vegetable industry in order to provide ideas for the development of the tribute vegetable industry.
