南通市食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全追溯工作存在的問題以及對(duì)策

摘 要：本文闡述國內(nèi)外食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全追溯情況，分析南通市食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全追溯工作的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，旨在建立一套科學(xué)有效的食品農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全追溯管理體系，提升全市食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全水平。

Abstract： This paper describes the quality and safety traceability of edible agricultural products at home and abroad， analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the quality and safety traceability of edible agricultural products in Nantong city， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures， aiming at establishing a scientific and effective quality and safety traceability management system for food and agricultural products and improving the quality and safety level of edible agricultural products in the city.

近年來，南通市縣兩級(jí)市場監(jiān)管部門高度重視食品安全工作，在食品安全監(jiān)督抽檢上投入了大量的經(jīng)費(fèi)和人力，通過監(jiān)督抽檢及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和懲治了一批生產(chǎn)、銷售和使用不合格食品的違法經(jīng)營行為。（剩余4746字）
