食品中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測方法研究
摘 要:本文分析了氣相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用檢測法、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定法、膠體金免疫層析檢測法以及高效液相色譜檢測法等食品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測方法,并探討了其各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。分析認(rèn)為,為了進(jìn)一步提高檢測準(zhǔn)確性和效率,應(yīng)依據(jù)食品類別科學(xué)選方法和試劑,加強(qiáng)技術(shù)研發(fā)創(chuàng)新,推動設(shè)備輕便化發(fā)展,定期組織檢測培訓(xùn)。

Abstract: This paper analyzes various detection methods for pesticide residues in food, including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay, and high-performance liquid chromatography, and discusses their respective advantages and disadvantages. The analysis suggests that to further improve detection accuracy and efficiency, it is essential to select appropriate methods and reagents based on food categories, strengthen technological innovation, promote the development of more compact and portable equipment, and regularly organize training for detection personnel.
