食品過敏原檢測技術(shù)及應(yīng)對措施
摘 要:食品過敏原檢測技術(shù)的發(fā)展及其管理措施對保障公共健康具有重要意義。本文通過綜合評估免疫學(xué)方法、分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)、生物傳感器技術(shù)以及新興技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),揭示了各自在食品過敏原中的應(yīng)用潛力,并從預(yù)防措施、應(yīng)急響應(yīng)與法規(guī)遵從、法規(guī)與政策分析方面探討了食品過敏原的應(yīng)對措施。

Food Allergen Detection Technology and Countermeasures
Abstract: The development and management measures of food allergen detection technology are of great significance for safeguarding public health. This article comprehensively evaluates the characteristics of immunological methods, molecular biology technologies, biosensor technologies, and emerging technologies to reveal their potential applications in food allergens. It also explores the response measures for food allergens from the perspectives of preventive measures, emergency response and regulatory compliance, and regulatory and policy analysis.
