食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀及治理路徑

摘 要：食品安全監(jiān)管工作的開(kāi)展，能夠落實(shí)食品安全法規(guī)要求，改善食品安全現(xiàn)狀，提升食品安全水平，保障公眾的健康與安全。本研究主要分析食品安全監(jiān)管存在的問(wèn)題，并提出解決食品安全監(jiān)管問(wèn)題的有效對(duì)策，希望能夠?yàn)槭称钒踩O(jiān)管工作者提供依據(jù)。

Safety Supervision

Abstract： The implementation of food safety supervision can meet the requirements of food safety regulations， improve the current situation of food safety， enhance the level of food safety， and ensure the health and safety of the public. This study mainly analyzes the problems existing in food safety supervision and proposes effective countermeasures to solve the problems in food safety supervision， hoping to provide a basis for food safety supervision workers.
