Abstract： With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and food safety awareness， food labeling has become an important basis for consumers to choose and purchase goods. This article analyzes specific methods of selecting goods through prepackaged food label identification and the problems existing in domestic prepackaged food labeling based on relevant standards and documents on prepackaged foods. It provides an important reference for improving the food safety system and supervision and management work.
