Abstract:The industrial environment where stator winding endsare applied has a large numberof noise sources,and the mechanicalvibrationsignalcharacteristicsofstator windingendshavethefeaturesofwidedynamicrangeandhighrandoness, makingthephasespacestructureofthevibrationsignalcomplex,dificult toaccuratelyreconstruct,andunabletocapturethe complexdynamicbehaviorofthesignal,andresultinginextremelyhighdificultyinvibrationmonitoring.Onthisbasis,a methodformonitoring mechanicalvibrationsignalsatthestatorwindingsendisproposed.Thethree-axisaccelerometerssoris used tocollectmechanicalvibrationsignalsatthestatorwindingendsoastoobtainthetime-frequencymanifoldcharacterstics ofthevibrationsignals.Bycombiningtime-frequencyatomswithphasespacereconstructionmethod,thetime-frequency distributionofvibrationsignalsinvariousdimensionsofphasespaceisreconstructedtoaccuratelycapturethecomplexdynamic behaviorofsignals,highlightthediferencesbetweevibrationsignalsandnormalsignalsandimprovethesensitivityof monitoringsmallchanges insignalswithinawidedynamicrange.Theenhancedvibrationsignalisinput intoabidirectionallong short-termmemorynetwork(BiSTM)model,soastorealizethemechanicalvibrationsignalmonitoringatthendofthestator winding.TheexperimentalresultsshowthattheJTFEindexissignificantlyreducedafterusingtheproposedmethod,indicating thatthefrequencybandenergydistributionofthevibrationsignalismoreconcentrated,andthevibrationsignalcanbe monitored more accurately.
