Abstract:Thedigitizationand intelligent technologyof tobaccobakingandgradingareprogressngrapidly,butthereisa dearthof efectiveprocessmonitoringmechanisms.Onthisbasis,adigitaltwinbasedintellgentmonitoringsystemfortobaco bakingadgrading processisproposed.Onthebasisofanalyzingtheproblems existingintheintellgentmonitoringoftobaco bakingandgradingprocess,thedigitaltwinmodelingoftheinteligentbakingequipmentandproessoftobaccoleavesisried out,and theconstructionofthegeometricelementsandvirtual senesoftheequipmentiscompleted.Anintellgentmoitoring systemfortheof tobaccobakingandgrading process isdesigned,andkeytechnologiessuchasreal-timedatacolectionand storage,virtual-realmappingandinteractiveintegrationarestudied.Teefectiveessandpracticabilityofthesystemareverified bymeansoftheimplementationandapplication efects.Theresultsshow thatthe monitoringsystem basedondigitaltwincan realizeal-roundandmulti-perspetieolineal-timemonitoringoftecurrntintellgnttobaccobakingndgadingoeration process.In thetestscene,theFPSvalueof theCPUandGPUismaintainedatabout6Of/s,respectively,aiding on-sitedecisionmakingforbakingandgradingoperations,improvingtheeficiencyofbakingandgrading,andtheuilizationratesofequipments, and reducing production costs.
