Abstract:Intheprocessofestimatingthestateofcharge(SOC)oflithium-ionbateries,establishingasuitablemodelisthe firststep,andtheacuracyofparameteridentificationinthemodeliscrucialforestimatingSOC.Inordertoimprovethe accuracyoflithium-ionbatterySOCestimation,analgorithmbasedonadaptiveforgetingfactorrecursiveleastsquares(AFRLS) andmulti-newadaptiveunscentedKalmanflter (MIAUKF)isproposed toestimatebatery SOC.Takingtheternarylithium-ion bateryastheexperimentalobject,thesecond-orderRCequivalentcircuit modelisestablished,andthemodelparametersare identifiedbymeansoftwoidentificationmethods:olineidentificationandadaptiveforgetingfactorrecursiveleastsquares. Undertheconditionof hybrid pulse power characteristic(HPPC),AFFRLS-MIAUKFalgorithmisused toestimate the SOCof lithium-ionbateryndomparewitholineidentificationMAUKFlgoritandUKFalgoritm.Teexperimentalesultssow that AFFRLS-MIAUKF algorithm has higher accuracy and the average error can be kept within 0.5% :
