Abstract：Whenverifying thefunctionalityof wheel speedsensors inindustrial environments，therearetoomany verificationdevicesscateredlayoutsandsignaldistortionuringlong-distancetransmssonofheelspedsensorsigalsin complex industrialenvironments，resultinginhighequipmentmanagementcosts，lowutilizationrates，andloweficiencyand accuracyoffunctionalverification.Onthisbasis，acentralizedmonitoringsystemforfunctionverificationof wheelspeedsensor isproposed.Basedontherequirementsanalysisofthefunctionverificationofcentralizedmonitoringofwhelspeedsensorin industrialproduction，theoverallframestructure，hardwaremoduleandmonitoringsoftwarestructureandfunctionof thesystem aredesignedndaardwaremouleforsignalrocessngoflspeedesorisproposed，hichcanextedtheasion distance of wheel speed sensor signal from 10m to 100m .After the testing of the application effects of the centralized monitoringsystemofwhelspeedsensorfunctionverfication，itisprovedthatthesystemcannotonlymonitorthetemperature andhumidityof thehotandcoldshock testchamber，but alsocentrallycontrol the whee spedsensorsignal monitoring equipment.Thedesignedsystemcanimprovetheeficiencyandaccuracyoffunctionverficationandreduce thecost of equipment management.
