Abstract：Inordertoachieve stable，high-speed，andacurateacquisitionandonlinedecouplingoftheoutputsignalof the strain typesix-dimensional forcesensor，acollectionsystem thatcanachieveonlinedecouplingof theoutput signalofthesixdimensionalforcesensorisdesigned.Inthesystem，STM32G431C8T6isusedasthemaincontrolchip，andMAX11270isused toconvertthecolectedvoltagesignalintothedigitalsignalandoutputit.Thedigitalsignalistransmitedbacktothemain controlchipymeansofSPcommunicationrocessdbyButterworthigitalfilteranddecoupledolineusingoflietraied decouplingparametersinthemaincontrolchip.Itisoutput totheuppercomputerbymeansof Modbusprotocol.The experimentalresearchwasconductedbymeansofcalibrationsamplesobtainedfrom staticcalibration.Theexperimentalresults show that，afterdecoupling，theerror-Iis not greater than2.5%FS，and theerror-II isnot greater than1.7%FS.
