Abstract:Inordertoachieve stable,high-speed,andacurateacquisitionandonlinedecouplingoftheoutputsignalof the strain typesix-dimensional forcesensor,acollectionsystem thatcanachieveonlinedecouplingof theoutput signalofthesixdimensionalforcesensorisdesigned.Inthesystem,STM32G431C8T6isusedasthemaincontrolchip,andMAX11270isused toconvertthecolectedvoltagesignalintothedigitalsignalandoutputit.Thedigitalsignalistransmitedbacktothemain controlchipymeansofSPcommunicationrocessdbyButterworthigitalfilteranddecoupledolineusingoflietraied decouplingparametersinthemaincontrolchip.Itisoutput totheuppercomputerbymeansof Modbusprotocol.The experimentalresearchwasconductedbymeansofcalibrationsamplesobtainedfrom staticcalibration.Theexperimentalresults show that,afterdecoupling,theerror-Iis not greater than2.5%FS,and theerror-II isnot greater than1.7%FS.
