設(shè)備艙16框多處電纜斷路問題分析與改進

摘 要：針對某型飛機的設(shè)備艙16框多處電纜斷線故障，通過故障現(xiàn)象分析故障發(fā)生的原因，采取外觀觀察、體視檢查、微觀觀察、能譜分析以及模擬斷裂形貌實驗等失效分析手段，確定發(fā)生故障的根本原因，細化了線束檢查、修理方法，完善線束防護措施，消除了質(zhì)量隱患，提高了電纜修理能力。

Abstract：For a type of aircraft equipment cabin 16 box more cable break fault，analyze the cause of the fault，take appearance observation，visual inspection，microscopic observation，spectrum analysis and simulation fracture morphology experiment failure analysis means，determine the root cause of failure，refine the harness inspection，repair method，perfect the harness protection measures，eliminate the quality hidden trouble，improve the cable repair ability.
