教學管理中提高高校教學秘書工作效率分析

摘要：教學秘書在高校教學管理中具有舉足輕重的作用，需要高度重視其日常工作的效率，采取有效的方式充分展現(xiàn)出教學秘書在高校教學管理工作中的重要性。本文從高校教學秘書的角色定位出發(fā)，深層剖析現(xiàn)階段所存在的主要問題，在此基礎上制定科學可行的處理策略與解決方案，從根本上提升高校教學秘書的工作效率與整體質(zhì)量。

Abstract：Academic secretaries play an important role in the teaching management of universities.We need to attach great importance to the efficiency of their daily work and take effective ways to fully show the importance of academic secretaries in the teaching management of universities.Starting from the role orientation of college academic secretaries，this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing at this stage，and on this basis，formulates scientific and feasible treatment strategies and solutions to fundamentally improve the work efficiency and overall quality of college academic secretaries.
