高校輔導(dǎo)員做好班級(jí)學(xué)風(fēng)管理的“四群體四抓手”對(duì)策研究
摘 要 開展學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)是高校輔導(dǎo)員的主要工作職責(zé)之一,針對(duì)當(dāng)前高校普遍存在的學(xué)風(fēng)問題,輔導(dǎo)員應(yīng)該在班級(jí)學(xué)風(fēng)管理中發(fā)揮學(xué)生干部、優(yōu)秀學(xué)生典型、教師、家長(zhǎng)四個(gè)群體的示范引導(dǎo)作用,通過建立班規(guī)班約、堅(jiān)持早晚自習(xí)制度、制訂大學(xué)規(guī)劃單、組建學(xué)習(xí)幫扶小組四個(gè)有效手段培養(yǎng)優(yōu)良學(xué)風(fēng),助力學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才。

Abstract The construction of academic atmosphere is one of the main responsibilities of college counselors. In response to the common problems of academic atmosphere in universities, counselors should enable student cadres, outstanding student models, teachers, and parents to play a demonstrative and guiding role in class academic atmosphere management. By establishing class rules and schedules, adhering to the morning and evening self-study system, formulating university planning sheets, and forming learning assistance groups, effective measures should be taken to cultivate a good academic atmosphere, Help students grow and become talented.
