產(chǎn)教融合視域下交通運輸專業(yè)碩士人才培養(yǎng)模式探索
摘 要 產(chǎn)教融合的交通運輸專業(yè)碩士人才培養(yǎng)是踐行新時代交通強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略的重要路徑。為準(zhǔn)確把握交通運輸專業(yè)碩士的培養(yǎng)特征,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)教融合的協(xié)同育人機(jī)制,文章從“廣度”和“深度”兩方面探索人才培養(yǎng)模式,并結(jié)合南京林業(yè)大學(xué)汽車與交通工程學(xué)院的實踐經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行分析。

Abstract The integration of industry and education in the cultivation of master's talents in transportation is an important path to implement the strategy of building a strong transportation country in the new era. In order to accurately grasp the characteristics of master's degree training in transportation and construct a collaborative education mechanism that integrates industry and education, this article explores talent training models from both "breadth" and "depth" aspects, and analyzes them based on the practical experience of the School of Automotive and Transportation Engineering at Nanjing Forestry University.
