Abstract： A sound practical teaching system is an important link in cultivating applied innovative talents in mechanical majors. The mechanical professionals required for the regional development and reform and revitalization of local industrial regions mainly come from local universities， and the demand for talents is gradually shifting from basic application oriented to innovative and compound oriented. The present work analyzes the shortcomings of the practical teaching system for cultivating applied innovative talents in mechanical majors in local universities， and proposes a three-level progressive reform measure for the practical teaching system， in order to provide a train of thought for the optimization reform of the practical teaching system for cultivating applied innovative talents in mechanical majors in local universities.

國(guó)務(wù)院和教育部先后發(fā)布了“中國(guó)制造2025”、新工科建設(shè)，以及《教育部、國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、財(cái)政部關(guān)于引導(dǎo)部分地方普通本科高校向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)變的指導(dǎo)意見》和《國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于深化產(chǎn)教融合的若干意見》，明確指出為了適應(yīng)科技創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)發(fā)展，地方高校應(yīng)旨在重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型、創(chuàng)新型和應(yīng)用型工程技術(shù)人才。（剩余6627字）
