Abstract： In order to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents in the context of first-class majors， this paper explores and practices the talent training mode of information and communication engineering under the goal of innovative high-level talent training from three aspects： the construction of discipline training system， the expansion of research directions， and the innovation of teaching mode. After more than 6 years of practical testing， a series of innovative practices and achievements have been obtained， which provides new ideas for the cultivation of innovative high-level talents in the context of first-class majors.
