Abstract： Intelligent construction， facing to the development needs of new engineering disciplines， has developed rapidly in Chinese civil engineering colleges. And it has achieved preliminary effect in both the discipline construction and its overall plan. However， the laboratory， the core support of professional development， is still lack of construction experience， causing dissatisfaction with the professional teaching practice. Thus， this paper combs the overall construction plan of the laboratory， based on the development of the intelligent construction. The key problems are analyzed during the construction process with the intelligent construction laboratory of Qingdao University of Technology as a case. And its key construction achievements are summarized， which can provide reference for the intelligent construction laboratories construction and further promote its development.
