摘  要:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息化平臺(tái)的發(fā)展和疫情防控,線上線下的混合模式成為高校各門課程的主要教學(xué)模式。結(jié)合資產(chǎn)評(píng)估課程性質(zhì),闡述如何借助新興教育技術(shù),重塑資產(chǎn)評(píng)估教學(xué)內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法,以適應(yīng)全新的教學(xué)模式,有效推動(dòng)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估課程教學(xué)的改革。

Abstract: With the development of Internet information platform and epidemic prevention and control, online and offline hybrid mode has become the main teaching mode of various courses in colleges and universities. Combined with the nature of the asset appraisal course, this paper expounds how to reshape the teaching content of asset appraisal and innovate the teaching methods with the help of new educational technologies to adapt to the new teaching mode and effectively promote the reform of asset appraisal course teaching.
